Individual therapy is a safe and supportive environment to discuss life issues.  Individuals will understand and accept how their issues have impacted their professional and personal lives.  Through individual therapy individuals will learn to balance their home and professional lives; in the process increasing professional performance and improving interpersonal relations.

Group therapy utilizes the help of other group members to not only develop insight and understanding of life’s issues but also practice the skills learned to improve communication and interpersonal relationships with others in a safe and supportive environment.  Group therapy is process oriented and utilizes the involvement of the “therapy group community” to grow and improve lives.

Family life is full of transitions, challenges, and change in our busy world.  Family therapy is used to makes the challenges manageable, the changes less devastating, and the transitions seamless.  Family therapy ideally involves all members of the family in an effort to improve communication, facilitate understanding, and maintain and improve the familial relationships.
